How to Download a Digital Item from John Walker Publications
Quick Answer:
Digital items purchased from JohnWalker.store can be accessed in your registered email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see your digital download in your primary email section.
If you have any questions about an item or order, the best person to help you is the seller.
Contact the Seller
There are two types of digital purchases:
Instant Downloads: Ready-made files available as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
Made-to-Order Downloads: Custom digital items created to your specifications after purchase. I will send the files to you once they are complete.
Note: You cannot download a digital purchase through the John Walker Publications app at this time. To download, please sign in on a mobile browser or computer.
I Can’t Find My Download Notification Email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs. Adding support@johnwalker.store to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
You can still access your digital purchases in your account at any time.
Where to Find Digital Purchases in Your Account
To access your digital files:
Sign in to JohnWalkerPublications.com and go to your account.
Go to Purchases and Reviews.
Next to the order, select “Download Files” to go to the Downloads page for all files attached to your order.
You can also return to the item’s listing page, where you should see “Instant Download” on the images for the item. Generally, there are no limits on when or how many times you can download a file, as long as the transaction remains active.
If your payment is still processing, the “Download Files” button will appear gray.
When Will I Receive My Made-to-Order Digital Item?
The delivery time for made-to-order digital items depends on my processing time whick is usually a 24 hour completion time. Please coordinate with the me through support@johnwalker.store if you purchased a made to order digital item; I will give you an exact time of completion for your order.
To check the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Purchases and Reviews section of your account. Items still in progress will display as “In Progress.”
Once your product is completed for your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your file. You’ll be able to leave a review for your purchase once you’ve downloaded your file.
I Purchased a Digital Item as a Guest
If you made a guest purchase, a link to download your files is in the receipt email sent to you. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once completed by the me. If you no longer have access to the email account used to purchase, please contact the me directly to arrange file delivery.
Troubleshooting Download Issues
If nothing happens when you click a download link, there may be an issue with your browser. Try disabling any non-standard add-ons, such as ad blockers or toolbars, and try again.
If your computer reports that the file is corrupted, delete the file and re-download. If the issue persists, contact me at support@johnwalker.store, and message me for help.
The file type will be listed in the Highlights section of the digital listing. If you cannot open the file, you may need the appropriate program to open that file type.

Refunds and Cancellations for Digital Items
On the digital item’s listing page, it is indicated that digital listings generally cannot be returned or canceled. This policy is automatic for instant digital downloads, but the decision to refund is ultimately at my discretion. Please contact me directly through John@johnwalker.store. Please message me if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
